Workshop standard

Inspect first, then repair

Every car is checked against the symptoms you report before any part is ordered or any work begins. We look at the components involved, run the relevant tests, and document what we find.

When the evidence points to a repair, we explain the options and the reasoning behind them. When it does not, we say so and recommend only what the vehicle actually needs.

How a visit runs

Three stages, one clear record

01

Intake and fault diagnosis

We note the symptoms you describe, check the vehicle, and run diagnostic tests to narrow down the cause before anything is replaced.

02

Inspection and tooling

Components are checked with clean, well-maintained tools and documented procedures, so the findings are repeatable and easy to follow.

03

Consultation and sign-off

We walk you through what we found, what we recommend, and the estimate. Work only goes ahead once you have approved it.
